Payments

At the moment you have the option of paying by credit card or by account. We accept VISA, Master, American Express, JCB and Maestro credit cards. For online shoppers, credit card payment is the most frequently chosen method of payment. This method ensures the quickest delivery of your order.

With payment in advance your order will be dispatched to you within two working days of the invoice amount being paid into our account. Because of the banks’ entry procedures there can be a delivery delay here of 5 – 10 working days (e.g. in the case of international transfers).

Security and data protection

All the data necessary for the settlement of your order will be transmitted as SSL coding. This 128-bit security coding will not permit access to your data by a third party and is an absolute security precondition for acceptance by credit card companies. After settlement of payment, your personal payment data will be deleted, and will not be known even by us. Your postal data will not be passed to a third party. You have the right to information on and deletion of this data in written form.
