With the confirmation of the general terms and conditions of business and the dispatch of the order you have made a binding purchase offer, to which you are bound for 4 weeks. The receipt of your order will be confirmed to you by e-mail, the sales contract will take place with the delivery of the goods to the courier service. If there is a delay in the delivery of more than 2 days then you will be informed immediately by e-mail.
The data of your order and the general terms and conditions of business can be stored and printed out by you.
Please notify us of any defects (production flaw, wrong delivery) within a week of receipt of delivery in writing by fax or e-mail. In the event of an acknowledged notice of defect we will provide rectification of the defects or a new delivery. Arrange for the goods to be returned in the original packaging; the cost of the return dispatch will be borne by Klauss Studios GmbH.
All Paintgallery products are individually manufactured fine art prints and framings, slight variations in colouring and size are possible.
There is no right to revocation in the case of prints, framings and passe-partout individually prepared to customer specifications, as these are exactly tailored to the personal requirements of the customer.
Our high-quality painting replicas are packaged professionally and passed on to courier services. The forwarding charges will be identified separately on the invoice. The forwarding charges to certain destinations can be looked at in the shop.
All prices and order details can be followed during the process of choice in the shop. The prices are inclusive of legally required turnover tax.
At the moment you have the option off paying by credit card or by account. We accept VISA, Master, American Express, JCB and Maestro credit cards. For online shoppers, credit card payment is the most frequently chosen method of payment. This method ensures the quickest delivery of your order.
With payment by account, your order will be dispatched to you within two working days of the invoice amount being paid into our account. Because of the banks’ entry procedures there can be a delivery delay here of 5 – 10 working days (e.g. in the case of international transfers).
All the data necessary for the settlement of your order will be transmitted as SSL coding. This 128-bit security coding will not permit access to your data by a third party and is an absolute security precondition for acceptance by credit card companies. After settlement of payment, your personal payment data will be deleted, and will not be known even by us. Your postal data will not be passed to a third party. You have the right to information on and deletion of this data in written form.
